If I could give Amy 1000 stars, I would. She worked with us to sell a condo that had been trashed and was still occupied. She stuck it out working with the tenant to get them out, putting up with a whole bunch of crap from the tenant. I honestly didn't think this sale could be done because of all the issues, but she said it could and it was!! We ended up with a very good price on this as-is sale. She went above and beyond navigating all of the people. If the roles were reversed, I would have quit, but she stuck it out. AND, she was kind and cool through it all, always fighting for us to get the best we could out of it. I would recommend Amy to anyone who wants a trusted partner who you KNOW has your back!!

Amy did an outstanding job helping me to find and buy my dream home! She found 5 homes that met my criteria and took me to each of them so that i could determine which would be best for me. Once i chose the home I wanted she helped me negotiate a fair offer with the seller which they accepted. During the process of purchasing she alerted me anytime there were documents to be signed. Her skill and great attitude made the whole process a breeze.

I can't say enough good things about Amy. I am a first time home buyer and she helped make this experience as smooth as possible for me. She always offered prompt responses and good advice that I will take with me moving forward. She always made herself available when I requested a showing for a listing. Given that I had chosen not to renew the lease on my current place, I let Amy know my plans and timeline as far as finding a new home and she followed through by helping me find my new home within the timeframe that I needed. Once she knew what I was looking for in a home, it was off to the races. She is straightforward, honest and a very hard worker...bottom line is she gets things done and in a way where you don't have to worry about much outside of sending her the next listing for a showing (and she even meets you halfway on that). I plan on working with Amy again in the future and if you choose her as your Real Estate agent you will not be disappointed.
