Amy helped provide a wonderful home buying experience. She was patient, attentive, responsive, and listened to our wants and needs. She was available for our last minute requests to see listings. She was great to negotiate with the selling agent to get us credits we wouldn’t have considered. She explained every step of the buying process. As a Rex agent, she split the Buyer’s agent commission with us which paid for most of our closing costs, which was a huge plus and “icing on the cake” to a great experience.
