"If I could give Amy 1000 stars, I would. She worked with us to sell a condo that had been trashed and was still occupied. She stuck it out working with the tenant to get them out, putting up with a whole bunch of crap from the tenant. I honestly didn't think this sale could be done because of all the issues, but she said it could and it was!! We ended up with a very good price on this as-is sale. She went above and beyond navigating all of the people. If the roles were reversed, I would have quit, but she stuck it out. AND, she was kind and cool through it all, always fighting for us to get the best we could out of it. I would recommend Amy to anyone who wants a trusted partner who you KNOW has your back!!"
